OCIA
OCIA stands for the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults. Through this process, adults who are not members of the Catholic Church learn about the Church and receive the Sacraments of Initiation in order to become full members of the Church at Easter.
We have many adults who attend the OCIA program because they enjoy learning more about the faith even after they receive the Sacraments of Initiation. This is a great place to start for any Catholics who have received the Sacraments but have been away from the Catholic Church for a while!
The OCIA program meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30pm at St. Lucy.
If you are interested in learning more about the Catholic faith through the OCIA program, please contact Cassie in the religious education office at (440) 548-3812 or [email protected]
