"'By the Sacrament of Confirmation, the baptized are more perfectly bound to the Church and are enriched with a special strength of the Holy Spirit. Hence they are, as true witnesses of Christ, more strictly obliged to spread and defend the faith by word and deed." (Catechism of the Catholic Church 1285) 

Confirmation Preparation for Adults

Adults who have been baptized and wish to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation will complete a year long period of preparation. This preparation will be complete through the RCIA program at the parish. RCIA stands for the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults. At the end of the year long period of preparation, adults will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation at the Easter Vigil Mass. Confirmation Preparation for Youth 

Students may begin preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation at the beginning of their 8th grade year. The preparation program for the Sacrament of Confirmation is 2 years long. For more information about this program, please click the button to the right.
