Help coordinate and prepare dinners for the family and friends after their loved one's funeral.
Samaritan Society
The Samaritan Society helps those most in need in our community to pay their bills and feed their families. They host food distribution events around the major holidays and collect food items year round. They deliver and pack around 70 boxes of food for about 35-40 singles and 30 families for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
Packing and delivery takes place at 9am the Saturday before the Holiday.
The Samaritans also coordinate the Giving Tree during Advent.

St. Vincent Kitchen in Warren
Help out at the St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen in Warren the 4th Saturday of every month. The St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen feeds a hot meal to those most in need in the community. Volunteers prepare , package and serve meals and clean up afterward. The St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen in Warren is located at 2355 Niles Rd. SE 44484. Volunteers serve from 9am to 1pm, but any amount of time during that time period is appreciated. Holiday Dinner Volunteers
Help out at our parish's Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter dinner. This is a wonderful way to serve our parish and those who might otherwise be alone on these special occasions. Dinners take place at St. Lucy at 2pm on the day of these holidays.
